Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pawfect Groomand related websites, funnels, and digital services (the “Services”) operated by GLAZE SOUND SES TASARIM YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK LIMITED ŞIRKETI (“Glaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, or by completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services or make a purchase.
1. Company information
The Services are provided by GLAZE SOUND SES TASARIM YAZILIM VE DANIŞMANLIK LIMITED ŞIRKETI. For questions about these Terms or the Services, contactsupport@glazeapps.com.
2. The Services
Pawfect Groom is a digital product that helps users generate grooming-related looks, guidance, and related digital deliverables (such as images and care cards) based on information and media you provide. The Services are provided online as software and digital content. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, purchases do not include in-person grooming, veterinary care, or other professional services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services and make purchases. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly atsupport@glazeapps.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. User content
You may upload or submit content such as photos, pet details, and other inputs (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Glaze a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use User Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services and deliver your purchased outputs.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Purchases and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes as calculated by Paddle. By completing a purchase, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for the amounts presented.
7. Subscriptions and cancellations
If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically at the then-current price and billing interval until you cancel. You can cancel before the next renewal through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or by contacting Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund prior charges except as described in ourRefund Policy.
8. One-time purchases
One-time purchases grant access to the digital deliverables described at checkout for that purchase. Unless otherwise stated, one-time purchases do not include ongoing monthly updates or subscription benefits.
9. Refunds
Refunds are handled under ourRefund Policy, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds and related buyer support are processed by Paddle.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services
- Interfere with other users’ access or security of the Services
- Misrepresent your identity or the ownership of content you upload
- Use outputs in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
11. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, branding, design, and original content (excluding User Content), are owned by Glaze or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms and your purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use purchased digital outputs for personal, non-commercial use unless a broader license is expressly stated at checkout.
12. AI-generated and informational outputs
Outputs may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and are not a substitute for professional grooming, veterinary, or other advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLAZE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLAZE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PADDLE FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glaze and its affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16. Complaints
If you have a complaint about the Services, emailsupport@glazeapps.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days where reasonably practicable. If your issue relates to billing, payments, or refunds, you may also contact Paddle buyer support athttps://paddle.net.
17. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
18. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. The “Effective date” will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting purchases may also be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
