Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Glaze (“Glaze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit or use Pawfect Groom and related websites, funnels, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Glaze. For privacy questions or requests, contact us atsupport@glazeapps.com.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information, such as name and email address, when you create an account, claim a purchase, or request support.
- Funnel and product inputs, such as quiz answers, pet details, uploaded photos, and preferences you provide to generate results.
- Purchase and billing metadata related to your order. Payment card details are collected and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, not by Glaze.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, referring URLs, and event logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies used for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement where enabled.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Services
- Process orders and deliver digital products you purchase
- Communicate with you about your account, purchases, and support requests
- Analyze usage, diagnose issues, and secure the Services
- Measure marketing performance (for example, conversion events) where analytics or advertising tools are enabled
- Comply with law and enforce our terms
4. Payments and Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you make a purchase, Paddle processes your payment and related buyer information under Paddle’s own privacy policy. Glaze receives order and fulfillment metadata needed to deliver the product (for example, email, product purchased, and transaction identifiers).
5. How we share information
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers that help us host, store, analyze, communicate, or operate the Services (for example, cloud infrastructure and email delivery)
- Paddle, as Merchant of Record for checkout, billing, invoicing, tax, refunds, and related buyer support
- Analytics and advertising partners, where those features are enabled, to understand performance and attribute conversions
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction
We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, preferences, analytics, and (where enabled) advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how the Services function.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill purchases, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and context.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contactsupport@glazeapps.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
